Global Disciples Canada encourages individuals and churches to partner in prayer for local leaders, missionaries, and communities they serve. By prayer & intercession, we support those on the frontlines while unleashing the power of God to move in remarkable ways.

In his letter to the Ephesians, the Apostle Paul encouraged believers to pray “on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests” (Ephesians 6:18, [NIV]). In fact, prayer is an essential part of our Christian journey. It has the extraordinary potential to change lives and impact the world. Prayer serves as a vital cornerstone, guiding, sustaining, and empowering our efforts in sharing the Gospel with the least-reached communities.

In this blog post, we will delve into the importance of prayer in global missions, outlining practical ways to engage in intercession.

And explaining how, when we pray we are contributing profoundly to the work of the expansion of the Gospel.
