Freedom in the Heartland

When Philip, a Global Disciples director in Malawi, followed God’s prompting into the rural heartland, he faced warnings from followers of M’bona — the spirit they believed controlled rain, crops, and life itself.

But Phillip carried a greater truth:

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me… to proclaim freedom for the captives.”
